10 Puri-Puri Prisoner (One Punch Man)

Puri-Puri Prisoner is a memorable hero for a lot of different reasons. One of them is because of his strong and unique facial structure which includes a pronounced cleft chin. It looks almost comical on him because of his flamboyant and over-the-top personality. Plus, some of his facial expressions are comedy gold.

His chin might not be the most memorable one on the series, but it definitely helps add to his overall memorable appearance.

9 Riki Nendou (The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K)

It’s hard to tell who he got his chin from because he and his parents look exact in facial structure. His overall appearance makes the people around him think he’s a thug because of his scar and hairstyle. But his chin is something that runs strong in the family genes.

Even the live action movie made sure his actor had his chin design, showing it’s an important part in his appearance. Compared to others who have a similar chin, Riki’s might seem a little simple, but still pretty memorable.

8 Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki (Fairy Tail)

Considered the “ace” of the Blue Pegasus Guild, Ichiya certainly stands out thanks to his unique design. When he first appears, his chin is prominent, but looks a little more sculpted and squared off. After the time skip, his chin appears to have gotten a little rounder, but still pretty noticeable.

His overall appearance pretty much stays the same throughout the series and his guildmates like to poke fun at his age and call him an old man. Regardless, Ichiya is a womanizer and considers himself handsome and beautiful. Even if his comrades might disagree, his confidence is pretty inspiring while also being hilarious at the same time.

7 Franky (One Piece)

All of the Straw Hat Pirates have unique looks to them, but Franky’s chin certainly helps in making him stand out. He has three very pointy clefts in his chin, which is something unique only to him. It’s a little strange to see, which is also strange considering that a lot of One Piece characters have exaggerated features.

At first glance, it looks like there was an error in his character design, but that’s just how he looks. It’s not the first thing viewers notice about, but it’s still pretty iconic because of how simple yet different it is. Not many characters can say they have a pointy triple cleft chin.

6 Morgan (One Piece)

If his axe arm didn’t grab viewer’s attention, then his steel jaw probably did. Overall, Morgan looked like an intimidating villain and is definitely a lot stronger than the average man. How he got the steel jaw though, is a pretty grim story. During his early days as a Marine, Morgan and his crew ran into Captain Kuro and his pirate crew. After killing all the other Marines on the ship, Kuro crushed Morgan’s jaw and let him live.

Thanks to this event, Morgan now has the steel jaw that makes him stand out among One Piece’s many characters. His axe might be his deadliest weapon, but anyone fighting him should be careful not to get hit by his chin.

5 Dabi (My Hero Academia)

Dabi is pretty iconic in many ways, and the reason why his chin is iconic is because of the mystery of how he still has one. Manga readers already know the truth about Dabi and his origins, but have left them scratching their heads on how he still has a jawbone. After he was thought to have died when he was a kid, all that was found was a jawbone. How he got it or if what was left behind was a fake or someone else’s jawbone remains a mystery.

The lower half of his face was one of the first things fans noticed about him. With the burnt skin covering almost his entire lower face, it’s hard not to remember him. Plus, the piercings don’t seem to be just for aesthetics, and possibly function to hold his skin together.

4 Margaret, Elizabeth, & Ekaterina (Magi: The Labyrinth Of Magic)

These three ladies’ faces were basically copy and pasted onto each other, and probably confused fans when first seen. Margaret, Elizabeth, and Ekaterina might not be considered classically beautiful in the anime world, but it’s hard to not remember them because of their unique design. If their muscular build and overall size didn’t make them stand out, their faces did.

Specifically their chins are quite long and squared-off at the tip, almost giving them a masculine appearance. Despite this, Margaret did become the most beautiful hostess in a bar while Ekaterina and Elizabeth are popular hostesses at their respective pleasure houses.

3 Multiple Characters (Gakuen Handsome)

When looking at these characters, it’s hard to not notice how long their faces are, but also how pointy their chins are. The anime itself is a parody and satire of the harem genre, and overall just a comedy. Their unique looks certainly helps make it even funnier.

Plus their character designs have left viewers wondering if the artist who made them wasn’t experienced, or if they were purposely drawn like this. It’s a mystery, but fans of the show enjoy the designs because it just adds onto the hilarious moments. If potential viewers aren’t put off by them, a pretty funny show awaits them.

2 Mamoru Uda & Jaw (Parasyte -The Maxim-)

They are a two-for-one deal because they share a body. Much like Migi with Shinichi, Jaw wasn’t able to take over Mamoru’s body and seems content being in his neck. Jaw tends to take over Mamoru’s lower face when wanting to talk and even has some control as shown when he forces Mamoru to run. It does cause Mamoru mild discomfort when he does, and he’s forced to breathe through his nose when Jaw takes over.

Similar to Migi, Jaw’s main priority is their own survival which also means keeping Mamoru safe. Though he can be a little rude to its host, Jaw and Mamoru have a pretty good relationship and work together.

1 The Ball-Chinned Kid (One Punch Man)

The boy that kick-started Saitama’s hero career. Fans of One Punch Man know about this little boy because of his rather large and round chin. It’s really hard to ignore and characters in the show only know him because of it. What makes him a little funnier is that fans find out in the manga that the chin size runs in the family.

His grandfather is Agoni, the founder of the Hero Association, and founded it after Saitama saved his grandson. He, too, has the same chin as his grandson, showing this gene is strong in their family. The Ball-Chinned Kid’s appearance might’ve been brief, but it’s thanks to him that Saitama decided to become a hero.
